Maria Alcindor is a Senior Operations Associate at Montis Financial. She supports the firm’s operational processes by ensuring accurate portfolio data. Maria collaborates with the operations team to streamline workflows and assists with reporting for the Montis’ client community.
Before joining Montis, Maria worked as a Trader at Choate Hall & Stewart, where she managed trade executions and worked with trust operations. With over a decade of experience in trading, investment operations, and performance measurement, she has also held key roles at Charles Schwab & Co. and PalmerDodge Advisors.
Maria earned her B.A from Boston University. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and spending time with family and friends.
