Judy T. Weeden
Judy T. Weeden is the chief operating officer at Montis Financial. She oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company, ensuring alignment with the firm’s business plan and strategic vision. Judy leads the operations and client services departments, spearheads process improvements, manages acquisition integrations, and is responsible for talent acquisition.
Prior to joining Montis, Judy served as the chief of staff and strategic partner to the CEO of Adviser Investments, a $9 billion AUM RIA based in Newton, MA. She has over 15 years of experience in operational leadership, including process improvement, software implementation, M&A integrations, and strategic planning.
Judy graduated with a B.S. in business administration, with a concentration in management, from the University of New Hampshire. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. Judy and her husband, Dave, love capturing memories of their corgi, Atticus, through photography.
