Jake Eastman

Jake Eastman is a Partnership Associate at Montis Financial. In this role, Jake supports the full execution lifecycle of new acquisition partnerships. He collaborates directly with the Chief Growth Officer and works alongside our CEO, COO, CIO, and other Leadership Team members to help ensure comprehensive and effective due diligence, execution, and integration of all new partnerships.

Jake joined Montis from Commonwealth Financial Network, where he was a Growth and Acquisition Associate Consultant supporting strategic growth initiatives as well as conducting market analyses and due diligence on advisor recruitment and partnerships.

Jake earned his bachelor’s degree in business economics and management from Bentley University, where he also excelled as a student athlete and captain of the Swim and Dive Team. He was elected Vice President of the 550 Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) representing Bentley at multiple NCAA conferences.

In his spare time, Jake continues his community involvement supporting New England Swimming as the Finance Committee Vice Chair. He enjoys spending summers with his family as well as activities including boating, working on antique cars and motorcycles, traveling, and cooking.
