Denis Higgins is a senior financial advisor at Montis Financial. His responsibilities include financial and retirement planning, investment management, tax and insurance analyses, and estate planning.
Denis has over 40 years’ experience in various accounting and finance roles, including over 20 years at EWM Wealth Management (previously known as Edelstein Wealth Management) before partnering with Montis in early 2025. Denis was also previously an audit partner with Edelstein & Company and focused on the investment industry.
Denis earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a master’s in finance degree from Boston College. Denis holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation .
Denis lives in Portsmouth NH, with his wife, Tricia and dog, Gordie. Denis has three adult children with two living in Seattle and one in Massachusetts. He enjoys exercising and road trips.
